ARVIND KASHYAP
SOLAN,APRIL 13–Natasha Kashyap, a former student of Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni bagged second prize for presentation at the National e Conference 2021 of the Indian Phytopathological Society held recently.
Natasha has completed her MSc from the Department of Plant Pathology of the university and presented her post graduation research work during the conference. She is presently pursuing her doctorate from PAU Ludhiana. Natasha presented her research paper which she co-authored with her guide Dr. Sunita Chandel on the topic ‘Eco-friendly diseases management of southern blight of China Aster mustard by incorporation of various soil amendment tactics’. Based on the presentation, Natasha was awarded the second position at the e-conference 2021.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. Parvinder Kaushal congratulated the student and her research guide. The scientists of the department of plant pathology and the university also congratulated Natasha on her achievement.EOM
