Notification of 5,500 posts in Haryana released

5,500 Police Constable Recruitment Notification Released in Haryana; Application start from 11th January, 12th pass apply

Haryana Staff Selection Commission has released a notification for the recruitment of 5,500 constable posts in Haryana Police. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website hssc.gov.in from January 11, 2026.

Under this recruitment, 4,500 mail constables and 600 women constables will be recruited. Along with these, 400 mail constable posts have been reserved for GRP.

Educational Qualification:

12th pass
One subject should be read in Hindi or Sanskrit in 10th class
Age Limit:

Minimum : 18 years
Maximum : 25 years
Exemption may be applicable as per the rules on age for reserved class
Physical Qualification:

Height – Male :

170 centimeters
Chest:

83 centimeters
A relaxation of 2 centimeters has been given in height for the reserve category
Height – Female :

Minimum 158 cm
Reserve category: 2 centimeter relaxation
Race:

Men: 2.5 kilometers run in 12 minutes
Women: Run 1 kilometer in 6 minutes
X Serviceman : Run a km in 5 minutes
These rules will be applicable for reserve category:

Candidates belonging to BCA/BCB/EWS category must ensure that their respective certificate is issued after 1st April, 2025 and apply Valid till the last date.
For DSC/OSC category candidates, the certificate must be issued after November 13, 2024.
Certificates for dependents of veterans (ESM) must be issued or revised on or after January 12, 2025.
Salary:

21,700 – 69,100 rupees per month
