(CUET UG) 2026. Now candidates can apply till 4 February 2026

National Testing Agency i.e. NTA has extended the last date of registration for Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026. Now candidates can apply till 4 February 2026. At the same time, candidates can submit the exam fee till February 7. The application process continues on the official website cuet.nta.nic.in.

This decision has been taken after the huge demand and request of the students who could not fill the form on time due to technical reasons or other reasons.

According to the official public notice, the candidates were approached to extend the last date of online application. After considering this, NTA has decided to extend the last date of submission of online application form for CUET (UG) 2026, so that the candidates can apply for the examination.

Three days will be given for form correction

As per the new notification, the correction window will open on February 9, 2026 to correct the application form. Candidates will be able to make corrections in their application form till February 11, 2026.

12th pass candidates apply

Candidates applying for CUET UG 2026 must have passed class 12th examination from a recognized state or central board. Apart from this, candidates who have passed Intermediate or 2 years pre-university exam from a recognized university or board can also apply. Higher Secondary Certificate (Vocational) exam pass candidates are also eligible for CUET UG and can apply.

After submitting the form, download the confirmation page and take a printout of it.

The exam will be held between May 11 and 31 in CBT mode

According to the official notification, CUET UG 2026 exam will be held between 11th to 31st May, 2026. This exam will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. Candidates will be able to take the exam in 13 languages.
