Application for recruitment to 549 posts in BSF starts today, opportunity for 10th pass, salary more than 69 thousand

Border Security Force (BSF) has released the recruitment for Constable (GD) posts under sports quota. Applications for this recruitment are starting from today i.e. 27th December.

More than 30 sports are covered under BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment. These include athletics, boxing, wrestling, hockey, football, kabaddi, volleyball, shooting, swimming, yoga and many other sports.
Educational Qualification:

10th pass
Candidates have participated in International Championships.
Physical Qualification:

Male : Minimum height 170 cm
Chest should be minimum 80 cm uninflated and 85 cm inflated.
Female : Maximum length 157 cm
Age Limit:

Minimum : 18 years
Maximum : 23 years
Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1st August 2025.
Reserved category candidates will be relaxed in upper age as per rules.
Salary:

21,700-69,100 rupees per month
You will also get the benefit of the allowance given by the central government.
Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted and called for document verification.
After that Physical Standard Test (PST)
There will be a Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
